A bank of examination questions for NMP university lecturers is currently being developed. Questions will be grouped under the following categories:
- Pharmacology
- Numeracy
- Other
This section of the site will be password-protected and only available to university lecturers who are registered ANP members. Could any lecturer wishing to contribute to the bank of examination questions please send an electronic version of the question to: Margaret.Abbott@Cumbria.ac.uk.
TherapeuticsPLUS
TherapeuticsPLUSTM is a learning programme for healthcare professionals developed by Prescriber and the Medway School of Pharmacy in association with Pfizer and accredited by the ANP. This platform is aimed primarily at non-medical prescribers, but will be relevant and of value to all healthcare professionals. Each module covers a different therapeutic area and should take between 3 to 5 hours to study. At the end of each module is an automated multiple choice test which if passed, allows the user to print a certificate of completion for their CPD records. The first module currently live on the site is smoking cessation, with other modules in neuropathic pain, asthma and COPD planned for release throughout the year.
